• All hair is ethically sourced and undergoes strict quality control before shipping.
• We do not mix synthetic fibers — every bundle and wig is 100% human hair.

Color Disclaimer
• All hair comes in natural black/brown (1B) unless stated otherwise.
• Because the hair is virgin, slight color variations may occur between bundles.
International Shipping
• Standard International: 7–14 business days
• Express International: 3–7 business days

Processing Time
• Bundles, Frontals & Closures: 1–3 business days
• Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 1–3 business days

Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Route Package Protection or signature delivery is recommended for high-value orders.
Tracking Information
• Tracking numbers are sent via email or SMS once your order ships.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Pre-Orders
• If your item is a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
• Combining pre-order and in-stock items may cause the entire order to ship together.

HAIR INFORMATION
Shedding & Tangling
• Minimal shedding is normal for all human hair.
• Proper maintenance (detangling from ends to roots, moisturizing, and protecting the hair at night) prevents tangling.
Smell Disclaimer
• Hair may have a light factory scent due to sterilization and conditioning processes.
• A quick co-wash removes it instantly.
Bundle Weights
• Each bundle weighs approximately 95–100 grams.
• Longer lengths may appear thinner — adding an extra bundle creates a fuller look.
Wig Sizes
• Standard cap sizes fit 21.5–22.5 inches.
• If you need a custom cap size, we can make it upon request.
Lace Details
• HD lace is more delicate and natural-looking but requires gentle handling.
• Transparent lace is durable, blends well with most skin tones, and great for beginners.
Styling Heat
• Hair can withstand heat up to 450°F, but lower heat is recommended to maintain longevity.
